The reason why I started this venture takes me few years back when I was doing 9-5 job in the corporate world. Although it was an arduous job, my past experience and die-hard passion for fitness enabled me to train 3-4 times a week.


On the contrary, I saw my colleagues surrendering to their grueling schedules and not paying attention to their physical being although they were willing to exercise. They were surprised and would ask me how I managed to make time for workout and requested me if I could train them over the weekends and give them advise on nutrition. I did so and it was an eye opener as I witnessed gradual & drastic changes in their lifestyle.


It triggered my trainer’s instinct and I made a big transition from corporate world to fitness industry. In order to gain local experience I worked as a senior personal trainer with one of the renowned gyms in Singapore. During my stint there I again came across many people who had paid for expensive gym membership plus personal training package but were not showing up for weeks because of their tight schedules. Some even requested me to train them in their condo gym but as a full time employee I was not allowed to do so.​


All of the above incidents gave me enough reasons to address this issue and I started FITT ASSURE as a registered entity in Singapore to provide tailor-made training and nutrition plan in the convenience of your condo/ home/ public gym or any outdoor fitness corner so that your busyness doesn’t stop you from chasing your fitness dreams. Since inception, I have proudly served many clients- both locals & expats.

Apart from helping you attain your fitness goals, I endeavour to impart the knowledge on how to keep at your fitness journey, in an educational way, should you be in a situation when you cannot receive external help of a personal trainer.
