When I first started, my goal was to develop a sustainable, consistent and healthy fitness training habit that would make me stronger. I’ve tried several options like going to the gym, dance classes, zumba, etc. however I was unable to keep these habits consistent for more than 4-6 months. This is also partially due to my work and travel schedule.


However with Himan’s sessions and training, I’ve been able to keep a consistent training discipline and I hope to get more consistent in the next few months. Himan is flexible and knowledgeable in his training programs. It’s been super helpful in helping me improve because I started from zero. A lot of gym programs were intimidating for me because I felt I was a complete newbie, however Himan has helped me level up consistently.
