My fitness goal was to lose weight and tone up. I was able to lose around 2 kg in just 10 sessions and become fitter and stronger. There was improved tone in my arms and legs. My husband’s goal was to gain muscle and he gained 2.5 kg.
We found Himan’s knowledge to be very good. He taught my husband and I some useful training techniques that we didn’t know before. His nutritional knowledge was key to my losing weight. We would definitely recommend his services.
Overall this was a very good experience for my husband and I. Himan is very easy to get along with, he was patient with us but knows how to apply the right amount of encouragement to get results.
