I wanted to build my stamina & get into the fitness regime as a commitment. I was never into dieting & the motivation was build throughout the work-out to focus not only on my exercises but also on a healthy diet. I am introduced to more vegetables & balanced diet along with proper training.
Himanshu shares his high energy & executes the training very well based on your goals. I guess I can’t ask for anything more – given that I am able to notice the differences in my overall stamina. I have enjoyed all my sessions & I would want to continue my training with him forever.
I would highly recommend him for women who want to focus on getting back to shape post delivery.
