My fitness goal was to build strength and have definition in my arms. I have been training with Himan for 12 weeks and I must say that my strength has doubled and definitions have slowly started showing for which I am very happy.


While most strength trainers advise meat products for high protein, Himan has given me a vegetarian diet which I prefer very much. Himan changes the routine for every session which makes it interesting. Because of that I don’t get bored. I am extremely happy with my overall feeling of well-being. I look forward to the training sessions.


I am flat-footed and found it difficult to balance on my toes. Under his training, I can happily say that I can balance on my toes. I found him to be motivating. I wish him all success.
